they are terrible at not responding to calls and for service on the days they are scheduled, 3 hrs on the phone and they hang up , they promise to show up within a coupe hours and they dont

your customer service is the worse i have ever seen in my life, as soon as i get Fidium on wed im getting rid of xfinity , 25 yrs i have had service and i wont be lied to by your customer service or anyone !!!!!!
