why xfinity use fraud selling practices -- no one get the speed they promise

 for the past year Xfinity has been completely unstable. Two days ago I missed an important meeting because the connection dropped. Today, in the middle of my exam, the internet went out again and I ended up losing $165. Support never answers the phone, and the in‑app support is useless. I’m switching to AT&T Fiber next week. They promise 2.1 Gbps, but on my laptop I barely get 45 Mbps. It feels like a total scam.
