Why would you make up info?
I have an appt to start service. I’m met with this list of items about my propert, like if there is a dog, electric fence, sprinkler system, etc… but it’s already been filled out…and not by me, so of course it’s incorrect. When you have me click some [Edited: Profanity] about my appointment, this info is shown and then I’m asked if it’s correct. Well, first off, why would it be correct if I wasn’t the source for the information on MY PROPERTY. Second, why not ask me for the information in the first place, then it will be correct. And third, when I tell you it’s not correct, don’t tell me to call you. You can call me. You decided to take a short cut and have AI auto fill info, then you can take the extra step of calling me to get that info corrected. Or, you can do what you’ll probably actually do, which is nothing. You’ll let your technicians show up expecting to be working on a property that has an electric fence and a sprinkler system and no dogs…and my property will be quite the opposite of that. So you’re just setting your own technicians up for failure. Do better.

Greetings, @NaClySailor52! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your upcoming appointment. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
We can edit the notes on your installation order before the technician arrives, to ensure that everything goes smoothly during your appointment. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” (speech bubble) icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the section, type or select "Xfinity Support" and type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session. You can see how to send us a direct message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.
