Why would use suddenly go up?

I am Is being Charged additional funds for three months of overages on WiFi usage.     There has been no real change in our lives or the way we use the Wi-Fi and I don’t understand the step change we’ve been seeing in the actual amount used per month.   Yeah, there’s only my wife and I so it’s not possibly the kids and we’re not gamers

user_l8qqv6 Good morning! We appreciate you takikng the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums for assistance. I can see how this woudl be a concern. I'd be happy to take a closer look, and get you in the right direction. To get started, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
