Why wont Xfinity send a tech just to check wiring/signal to my home

Why wont Xfinity send a tech just to check wiring/signal to my home?  I work anywhere from 50 - 70 hours a week and have no desire to spend precious time off waiting on cable tech appointment.  I don't always know my schedule in advance so scheduling an appointment is very difficult if not impossible. I am 99.9% sure that issue is caused by weak signal to my home.  The reason I am so confident is that I had almost identical issue several years ago and was told the line bring service to my house needed replacing, the tech added a signal amplifier as temporary fix and that took care of the issues up until a few weeks ago.   I am willing to pay a service charge if necessary

@notme I am sorry for how your experience has made you feel. Unfortunately, in order to properly have this addressed we can send out a technician. Without access to your home, I cannot guarantee that we would be able to determine the cause of the problem. We have an amazing field team, built up of some awesome professionals. They work extremely quick and diligently, in an effort to resolve any service issue you might be experiencing.

I dont want a guarantee, just want the wiring/signal TO MY HOME CHECKED!!!! "We have an amazing field team" how can this be if they are unable to check wiring/signal to a customers home without the inconvenience of the customer having to take time off work and/or give up precious time off to meet with them to come inside.  The issue started the very day "enhancements" to Xfinity network in my neighborhood were completed, not before, not days after BUT THE EXACT DAY "enhancements" were completed.  If I have any service performed by any reputable company and immediately after said service is performed I start having issues the reputable company would not have an issue checking their work to make sure it wasn't the cause but obviously Xfinity is not that type of company.  I have been a customer of Time Warner, Comcast/Xfinity for 29 years my household spends around $6000 ( 2 accounts)per year you think   I would be due a little consideration and courtesy of simply checking the line/signal to my home without inconveniencing me.  The line to my house was an issue several years ago and I was told by a Comcast/Xfinity technician that it needed to be replaced but it never was.  I will pay a service if I must but I need the line/signal checked.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
