Why won’t Xfinity give me the reward I won?
Xfinity sent me an email saying I won a reward if I responded by a certain date. I responded right away and never got the reward. I called in twice. The second time, I was on the phone with them for over an hour and the lady told me someone would help me resolve this issue. The next day, they sent me an email saying they’ve closed the case. No resolve. I’m about to shut my account down. This is so frustrating that no one is willing to help out. I have the emails and offered to send it to them and they declined.

@user_y02tgo Thanks for authoring a post! You can access all the rewards that are applied to your account officially with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq. Be careful with emails that arrive to your inbox, and double check your account directly for the official rewards from Xfinity. If you sign in to your account with those steps now, do you see that reward and are you able to track the status?

@user_y02tgo Oh goodness, you never checked your rewards account directly to verify the monthly rewards, and make sure that was part of them?
