Why was my lawn damaged during a xfinity service

My lawn was damaged by xfinity service trucks. I did not request the service or approve the service. The area where the trucks damaged my lawn is not an easement and is private property. The service team did not ask me if they could drive on my lawn. What they did not realize is they drove over a drainage pipe in my lawn.

user_2j49f0 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums about recent damage done to your yard due to work in the area. You have come to the right place to put in a damage claim for you, and we are happy to help.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
