Why was my appointment cancelled

I have no internet service.  I have gone through the Xfinity assistant multiple times with no resolution.  I set up an appointment through the Xfinity assistant for today between 1:00-3:00.  The Xfinity assistant confirmed the appointment through text.  It is after 3:00 and now Xfinity says my appointment was cancelled.  I didn’t cancel the appointment.  What is going on?
