Why was I shipped a self install kit?

I've had this service at this address for about two years. I just recieved a new self install kit. Does this come with additional charges? Why was this shipped to me?

@joncount Hey there! Thanks for the post. We would be happy to check out that self install kit that was mailed to make sure no additional charges have been applied. Make sure to click my handle to view my profile. Then click the link that says "Send a Message" where we can start the private message.

 The same thing is happening to me. I've had my service for three years and just received an email about a self install kit being shipped to me. I have not made any changes to my services. Is there a way to cancel the shipment?
