Why was I asked these questions?
Talked with tech support today. In addition to questions like name and contact info, IMEI number, etc., I was shocked when he asked for my age and my social security number!! Is this standard practice at Comcast? How does that help fix the technical problem? I refused to provide that. Felt like I was talking to a scammer.

If you were working with our mobile team or mobile inquires, your name, address, contact number, imei and social are standard questions needed for security.
