Why SOS

My cell phone has SOS?  Apple said to contact Xfinity. Please help

Hello user_u3ofdt, I can see why that would be a problem, especially on Black Friday and around the holidays. Have you already done a standard phone reset to see if that clears up that SOS signal? If so, have you taken any other troubleshooting steps on your end?
