Why Risk Losing a Loyal Customer?
Can someone please help me get my plan changed/reduced? My bill has increased nearly $100/mo. over the past few months and my services have either stayed the same or have been reduced (e.g. I used to have Starz, but now that is an additional $9/mo). I don't understand why Comcast/Xfinity would risk losing a loyal, paying customer by not offering the same promotions that a new customer gets.
