Why longtime customers don’t qualify for better offers?
To whom it may concern: I received a email from the manager of the apartments where I live. Jennifer [Edited: "Personal Information"], your agent or representative ask that the email be sent out to all tenants. I checked out the email and it had a QR code attached, so I scanned it and found an offer for a Xfinity mobile plan that would save me money. I took the email to the Xfinity store and they said that offer was only for new customers. I guess my question is why do long time customers not qualify for these plans? My wife and I are both on a fixed income, the savings in these offers would help tremendously. Maybe it’s time to checkout a different service!
