Why isn't the website using responsive design?
It's the year 20-[Edited - Language]-26. How is it that the xfinity website, including this page, has a mobile experience from 2006? I am literally panning and scanning, zooming in and out of this screen, like an animal, because they haven't employed a design smart enough to see a normal, right-sized screen. How are you not professionally embarrassed for not supporting a standard mobile experience? I would like a genuine answer. We have to use the website for some things which are not offered in the mobile app. Yet every time I log in and see this tiny, unusable screen, I want to [Edited - Inflammatory]. I am currently looking at local ISPs because I don't want my money supporting this [Edited - Inflammatory].
