Why isn't the website letting me post or tag my review?

I just tried to type an honest review multiple times in this box and the platform was so buggy I couldn't even scroll to hit submit. Xfinity has so many problems to figure out. Within less than 6 hours of me setting up my new modem (which is supposed to give me more than "double" my old speed) I cannot watch a show, connect my home devices, or do any of the things I could before. I can't wait to cancel.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
