Why is your customer service so bad?

It's almost impossible to speak with anyone live because your AI chat bot keeps trying to push me away from a personal contact.  Incredibly frustrating!!!  I've been on the fence about cutting the cord and this experience has made the decision must clearer.  Just not getting the value for what I'm paying.
