It seems that 1/2 the email I try to send is blocked as spam. Calling the "help" nuber is worse than useless. Today is the final straw, I tried to send and email to one person and it was blocked. If this isn't resoved asap you are going to lose a 25+ year customer to starlink!! [Edited: All Caps]

Hello user_bnctsj! I'm so sorry for the frustration you are having with trying to send email. I know how vital it is to communicate with friends and family so when email fail it's creates an issue. I would love to help out and get this sorted out for us. I don't want to lose an amazing customer like you that has been with Xfinity for so long. I understand that this is not the only email that you have had an issue with, but it's one that we can start to dig in to, to figure out what's going on.
Are there any attachments in the email? Are you able to change the subject line and try to resend?
