Why is Xfinity so horrible to their customers?

Like we pay the bills. We make them money and yet we are given unreliable service,  poor interactions with customer service and honestly they act like their rates are not that high. 

Whats the point of member benefits and different levels of customers and supposed loyalty discounts when you wont offer them to people. 

We are more than just numbers we are the people who pay for your pay check. 

Like literally every department at every level is bad at customer service.
