Why is Xfinity customer support so bad?

Give us live agents again, and America based agents, not foreigners from the Philippines. Paying $394 per month with terrible service, unacceptable, will be going streaming as soon as I can figure it all out.

Nothing answered, get real people answering posts. Not AI...

Fix the problem,  get Live American support,  not foreigners that don't speak well, and crazy complex navigating to even get to the foreigners.
