Why is xfinity customer service this worse?
I was planning on moving 6 lines from tmobile to xfinity and before the move i was Guaranteed to move 6 without any issues. After moving 4 they started say that i can add the 6th as im a new customer. Now Im paying tmobile and xfinity and looks like I need to pay until i finish 6months with xfinity.
The worth part is i have been taking to multiple representative over calls for 1 month now and the first rep opened an ticket for adding 6th line and though it was closed, all the following reps provided me incorrect information that the ticket is still open or the sim card is being shipped they even provided me a tracking number.
After 1 month they are now saying that I cant add 6th line until 3more months and If i decide i can move back to tmobile After paying 100$ in activation fees and not able to get 400$ credit for the new phone i bought.

Not just customer service even the Xfinity Field Sales Consultant also dont care as i was in touch with them to add lines and after adding 4th line they just disappeared until then it was constant calls and follow up. After 4th they started to ghost me and im left with false information, false promises and ending up paying more than what i would have paid if I was still in tmobile.
