Hello, @ellwoodsouth! That is odd; are you referring to Mobile Data or your Xfinity Internet service?

Thank you for the screenshot! That is an odd error and I will send that feedback in to our internal team to see if there's an issue. Are you trying to add Unlimited Data to your account?

Well, I can definitely help you out! Please send me a message with the full name of the Account Owner and yourself, if different, as well as the full address on file.

To send a Message:
1. Click on the Chat Bubble icon in the upper right corner to access our new Peer 2 Peer feature!
2. Search for "Xfinity Support" and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop down list.
3. Type your message in the text area.
4. Press Enter to send!

I'd like to add that this has been going on for well over a year. I think some department in the xfinity team is not doing there job if this is an "error".

Hey there, @user_35aff2

Our team can help look into your account to see why you are not able to add Unlimited Data, we can get it added for you as well. Can you please send us a private message with your full name and service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

@hues2000 you unfortunately have to call in, aka waiting for 30 mins before even speaking to a human
