WHY is there no CUSTOMER SERVICE w/this company???
Have been trying to get assistance with an internet connection issue and an apparent download speed problem for weeks now! The customer service numbers simply DO NOT WORK!!! I think it’s time to go back to Verizon Fios!! This is my LAST EFFORT TO GET ASSISTANCE!! Let’s see if I get a response. Unbelievable!!!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
