Why is Paramount+ constantly buffering

​The only app on my Xfinity box that constantly buffers is the Paramount+ app.   I find no video resolution configurations so how can this be improved??​

You mentioned that this is the only app having issues, but are there any devices having trouble connecting as well?

No.  Just the app on my cable box

Thank you for that information. Have you tried to uninstall the app, reboot the cable box, and then reinstall the app to see if this clears up the buffering?

The whole app is slow.   Takes forever to load and 10 seconds per click on the remote.

I restarted the box and it improved slightly, but after one episode went back to buffering.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
