Why is our service so consitently unreliable?

Just about once a week we have an outage.  My wife and I work from home so we can not afford for our internet service to keep dropping.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_erhzbl! I work from home as well, so I completely understand the importance of having a consistent connection when working. Are the issues you've been having specific to your home, or have they been linked to area wide interruptions?

I think wider interruptions.  If there is an outage, they dont say what the exact issue was.  There have been many.

Thanks for clarifying, user_erhzbl! When it comes to area wide issues, we see the same information that's available on the Xfinity Status Map, so we wouldn't be able to provide more insight to anything affecting the area. How long has this been going on though?

Ever since we moved in (July 2024) there have been regualar outages.  But over the last 4-6 months they have increased to almost weekly.
