Why is no one helping [Edit]

I am beyond frustrated. I will start this by saying I was with Xfinity for over 8 years and finally had enough of the poor customer service and random overcharges/new fees. I just returned after 2 years hoping things would be different. I started my service about 6 months ago at my new address, since then somehow MAGICALLY my data usage has been climbing steadily month after month even though our usage hasn’t changed at all. I’ve reached out AT LEAST 5 times to ask why I don’t have unlimited data and to please add it into my plan. I have sat on hold for over an hour on the phone, sat in an empty support chat room for hours talking to myself and in STILL can’t get anyone to help me fix this. Honestly feels like bait and switch “don’t let her add unlimited data so we can charge her double the cost of her plan for overages”. I’m a single freaking mom for [Edited: Language]. Can someone please fix this, I cannot afford this [Edited: Language] and am about one more trash interaction away from cancelling again and never looking back.
