Why is my xfinity acp application still processing and it’s been 72 hrs

I was approved 3 days ago but my xfinity application is still showing in process and it’s been 72 hrs can you please fix so I can get my $30 credit ASAP

Hello @user_9f54df, and sorry to hear your application is taking so long. We do have a team that is able to assist our customers when they take longer than expected at 1-855-846-8376. If your application is still pending, I would recommend having them take a look at it with you to find out what the hold up is.
