Why is my internet is not disconnected
I’ve had 4 conversations with the customer service about the internet. I have requested to end the service immediately, and I was told that it takes 15-20 minutes to disconnect the internet. Two hours later I have internet. My question is why I still have internet? I am moving out today, and I am afraid the new home owner will connect to my internet.

When I click on the chat icon, I get only one option-search for a conversation. I do not see an option to send a message to the customer service.
