Why is my internet always offline

I cannot stand this company. If you have a problem, this company basically says [Edited: Language]. You want to talk to a person who can actually help you? Nah [Edited: Language] want your internet to be on for more than 5 days a week? Nah. Why [Edited: Language] am I even paying for WiFi if I’m not gonna have any to use?
