Why is my data usage so high?

It is 6 days into September and somehow Xfinity app is saying I used 1.2TB of data. I don’t live stream or game online and I live alone. I have 3 devices that I use WiFi on, but I use my iPad and phone primarily for social media. I don’t understand how this is possible. I unplug my modem everyday before work and I work 5 days a week. I do watch some hd videos on YouTube. I checked connected devices and I didn’t see any unrecognized devices. I changed the name of my WiFi and my password. I even made it so WiFi is hidden.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
