Good evening, @user_0c4563, and thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums with your billing question tonight! I know it's important to understand your billing with Xfinity. You've come to the right place to get help with both of your questions!

Xfinity cable, internet, home phone, and home security are considered residential services branded as Xfinity products by Comcast. Xfinity Mobile is also owned by Comcast, but is a separate entity under the Comcast umbrella. At this time, their service is billed separate each month from your residential services. Many of our cable and internet plans do offer a discount for customers that are signed up with Xfinity Mobile service, and this credit is applied toward your residential services on your regular monthly bill if applicable.

In terms of your cable plan, we would be more than happy to review your account and services to see if we have a better option for you at this time. If you would like to do so, please send us a Private Chat Message, and we'll be glad to take a look.

Here's the detailed steps to send a Private Chat Message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Private Chat Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.
