Why is it so hard to try and get in touch with a live person?

I have some billing concerns and the Xfinity assistant is no help. It keeps offering to connect me to a live person but then isn’t intelligent enough to do so. Very frustrating!

Go ahead and send us a direct message including your name and complete address so we can further assist you.

 

To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your Message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
