Why is it so hard to reach a person?!
I have an issue that is not covered by the AI chatbot, but it has been next to impossible to reach a person. I am still struggling to get this issue resolved (too many details to get into here). This experience has changed me from having a generally positive view of Xfinity to having a deeply negative view. I will be taking steps to find a new ISP.
