Why is it so hard to reach a person

I am about to switch providers. Xfinity is awful. I have been having internet issues for a month. Finally get a representative to come look at my internet. Comes to my house, does not fix problem, tells me he will call me the next day to confirm if problem is fixed. Does not call me, problem is not fixed. Ask him if there will be a charge associated with this service. He says no, look at my statement, I'm getting a $100 charge for professional install. The guy didn't even install anything. Try to reach customer service to resolve my issue, I CAN'T EVEN GET A PERSON. This is not a forum post but a warning, never use this awful company.

I’m sorry to hear that, I know how important the internet is; I use it to work from home every day. ! I understand how concerning it is to receive a bill higher than expected for charges you were  informed would not be applied.
