Why is it so hard to just cancel an appointment?
I need to cancel our appointment for October 24. It shouldn't be this difficult. Why do I have to come onto a forum to cancel an appointment?

I have tried all the ways listed in the link and the only option I see is rescheduling. When I try to ask the Xfinity assistant to cancel the appointment, it just responds with the appointment details.
