Why is it so hard to find pricing on adding Xfinity mobile to my account?

I tried the self-serve on the website, but it wouldn't let me add multiple lines. I then opened a chat with an agent, who required me to fill out my full ssn and dob to even get me a price. I provided that then she said she keeps running into errors and I have to call. Is there an easy way to just get the numbers for adding 2 lines with new phones?

This is so extremely frustrating that Xfinity Mobile does not provide easy, transparent pricing on their website. I literally spent the last hour just trying to find out how much their unlimited pricing plans are and it is nowhere to be found. I don’t wanna read a description of what unlimited is. I just want the [Edited: Profanity] price.

@user_ypkf0c The pricing may change due to how many lines you might be interested in and the type of data being used for each line. Our By the Gig plans start at $20.00 and our unlimited plans start at $30.00 a month. We would love to help you explore our Xfinity Mobile pricing and promotions, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
