why is it so [Edited] hard to schedule service?

your online chat [Edited: "Language"] because it goes through a loop of questions that are irrelevant and there's no way to actually communicate with a real person. Maybe it works for you but doesn't do [Edited: "Language"] for your customers

Good morning user_ssoyr6. Happy to help troubleshoot. Do you own, and manage your own modem/internal wireless routing hardware? The Xfinity Assistant is honestly pretty slick, it scans the base level signal diagnostics, but if you have your own personal equipment setup, there are limitations on our ability to move past that point since owned equipment is managed in the home. If the Xfinity Assistant does not find signal issues with the node, or base level inbound signal diagnostics, it would look to have you troubleshoot in-home hardware.

if i owned it myself, i wouldn't be trying to get your help.  I don't really think you understand the concept of customer service?
