Why is it so [Edit: Language] hard to talk to a live person?
I'm really getting tired of the constant [Edit: Inflammatory] runaround from your [Edit: Language] AI bot. I need to talk to a service tech, live and on the phone. Why are you making things so [Edit: Inflammatory] hard for your customers to get help?
I need to have my cable physically moved. I need a service tech to come here with a cherry picker and move the cable from the pole so it does not cross over my neighbor's patio roof. He needs to move his shed to another location and in order to do that he has to lift the roof of the patio cover and the coaxial cable is in the way.
I have called four times and can never get someone who seems to understand my problem.
Please for the love of all that is Holy get a better AI customer service bot!

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
