WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A CSR???

I'm done, you've jack up my internet bill and then pulled an underhanded move... you TURNED OFF paperless billing (so you can charge even more!) WITHOUT my consent.

The internet service AND customer service you attempt to provide is garbage

  1. I'm being billed for 500mb service BUT I have never achieved 500mb (290mb at MOST)
  2. you made that change to a higher "speed" without my consent
    1. you attempted to force a new modem on me that DID NOT WORK!
  3. you bumped the price on something that I AM NOT GETTING, BUT PAYING FOR 
  4. You turned off paperless billing without my consent
