Why is it impossible to cancel services?
Attempted to cancel multiple times, but continue to get billed. Requested a call back, no response. Send a certified letter, no response. Try to call, an hour or more wait. Try to call on Sunday, nope that department is closed.

The only answer you will get from Comcast is misinformation. They intentionally make it difficult to cancel and go as far as make the website not properly link to the next page. I have filed a complaint with the FTC regarding their failure to make cancelling as easy as signing up. The schedule call back will not work the page won't open and even then, they don't call back.
