Why is it? I can never seem to speak to a domestic rep when I call customer service?

Anytime I have an issue and I need to call customer service, I can never get a domestic rep to assist me. I spent all this time running around in circles with folks overseas that can’t understand what I’m trying to tell them or can’t explain themselves in a way that makes sense. This is very frustrating, especially when dealing with a billing issue like I am right now. This is the kind of stuff that makes people change providers.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
