Why is customer service so bad?
It shouldn't take 10 agents, hours of lost time on the phone (over 3 days). Agents lying to you. Then you still have to wait 6 days before someone will come and look at the situation. This has happened in the past, it's on the line outside. Everything inside, is functioning as it should. But they insist on coming in to the house before anything else... very aggravating

Good afternoon, Rockroller! I am sorry you are feeling that way but understand that is a lot with reaching out for 3 days. We want things handled the first time you reach out! If your service is not working correctly we send out an in home technician. They investigate and put in any orders for a line replacement or area maintenance work. If needed, they are able to put in a temporary line while they are there to get your services working as the line team can take 14 business days to complete their work. We are happy to look further into this with you.
