why is comcast so unrespondsive to dangerous situation
We have a low hanging comcast wire on our public raod that cars can pass under but not trucks, we have reported it many times and have been giving many times that some one will be here to fix it and no one shows up , when a truck does hit the wire it will damage our house and others , we will hold comcast responsible but they do not seem to care about that as we have told customer sevice that many times, why cant comcast get a clue that this is a urgent situation that needs to be resolved, it now has been 36 hours sence we first reported the low hanging wire.
