Why has my bill doubled in the last 5 months

I moved to Washington 2 years ago and got a home/cellular plan that kept my home internet plan at $80 a month and now for the last 5 months my bill has slowly increased to $150 a month. I feel like I'm being scammed and when ever I call customer service they just say I had a 1 year promotional plan and refuse to help fix my bill.
