Good evening @user_6ys5x9, thank you so much for being a long time valuable member of XFINITY. That is strange that you wouldn't qualify for rewards when you have diamond status. We're happy to help get some clarity and if there's no reason you shouldn't be eligible, we'll get a ticket over to our dedicated Rewards team for assistance. To confirm, is your account currently in good standing? Or, is your service paid for by a third party through a bulk agreement? If so, you may not be eligible.
