Why Doesn't Xfinity Care about its own Customers?

I want to talk to an agent, a human, live, on the phone. The automated assistant disconnects the call and will not let me talk to a human. The customer service from Xfinity has gone from bad to worse to now virtually non-existent. It is some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Agreed. Between the XfinityApp which is now the only way to manage you modem (but doesn’t work) and getting stuck in an infinite (infuriating) loop with the AI “assistant”, it is easily the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I'm having the same issue. There's zero possibility to speak with an actual person and eventually the automated system just hangs up on you. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
