Why doesn’t the bedroom tv come on straight to Xfinity & Guide like the living room does!? After the technician came and put a new box
The bedroom tv- when I turn it on it doesn’t automatically go to Xfinity & Guide like the living room tv does!? After the technician came a few weeks ago he put a new box in the living room but not in the bedroom! Now we’re having a hard time when we turn on the bedroom tv!? It doesn’t go straight to that it sits for about a minute then has a line on the right and I have to push Xfinity and sometimes it won’t load or do anything now!? I have to cut tv on and off a lot everytime I use the bedroom tv. And I’m disabled so I stay in the bedroom most of the time!

If your bedroom TV doesn't automatically switch to Xfinity and the Guide like your living room TV, it may be due to the TV Box not being synced properly. To resolve this, try pressing the TV Power button to turn off the TV, then press the All Power button on your Xfinity remote to sync the devices. Additionally, ensure your TV Box is powered on and configured correctly. If issues persist, consider checking compatibility or restarting your TV Box.
