why does Xfinity tell me I have two "smart Home" devices...

I received an email from Xfiniti showing me that I have 2 "smart home" devices. I don't have anything but a tv, laptop and cell phone. What are these "smart home" devices? 

And I don't appreciate not being able to connect with customer support. I especially don't like being directed to POST on "X " to get customer service from Xfiniti.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today. I see you got an email stating you have 2 devices connected that you are not aware of and don't own. I can certainly see how this would be concerning. When you open the Xfinity App, you navigate to the "WiFi" tab, then find any devices connected to your network under "Connect to your WiFi." Did you see any other devices, besides what you own, listed there?
