Why does xfinity even have a rewards program when most items don’t cost xfinity anything.

Been with Xfinity for 30+ years in the items listed under rewards doesn’t cost Xfinity anything and don’t really apply to me or probably anybody else. Who has a reward program that you registered to win something when you know that isn’t gonna happen. They’re loyalty program for is Awful and they don’t care about retaining customers for the long-term. It is to get only new customers with their promotions.

Hi @user_636d05! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to our team on Forums. Wow, 30 years is phenomenal, we truly appreciate you being a loyal and long-time customer. We value your loyalty to Xfinity over the years, so it's upsetting to hear you feel this way.

Having Rewards more catered to customers individually is a great idea, and I will absolutely be getting this feedback passed along to our Rewards team. Please let us know if you need any further assistance, my team is here to support you.

Agreed. And does anyone ever win?? I've only been a customer for a decade but I've never won A THING 😭

I don't believe it's real. Aside from the Dollar movie because you're still paying something.

Hello @user_d24cd1 - Xfinity Rewards will offer customers a mix of special perks, unique experiences and product benefits, including movie nights, early access to games, Xfinity product discounts, sweepstakes entries, and more! New rewards are posted regularly in the Xfinity Rewards portal, with more rewards for customers who’ve been with us the longest. To learn more about the Xfinity Rewards program, please take a look at this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq. Thank you.
