Why does the top internet provider in the country have the worst website on the planet?

I don't want technical support, I don't want suggestions on how it might be on my end. Your website is hands down the worst website of any company I've ever dealt with, why is that? I've never had a harder time paying a bill than with you, why is that? I can't stay logged in for more than a minute, why is that? Why is your website so terrible and why has it been this bad for so many years? Answer the actual question.
