Why does Comcast keep deleting my forum posts?
All I have done in my forum posts is document the massive failures from the multiple interactions with customer "service" along with a list of things Comcast should do to fix those issues. I have used no bad language. I have said nothing that is not 100% factual when it comes to the issues that have arisen. But they remove as "inflammatory" whenever you post info that demonstrates they can't do the job they are paid to do.
The only possible reason they could be deleting the posts is because they make the helpdesk folks feel bad having their shortcomings exposed. They do not violate ANY of the rules outlined at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-forums
Documentation regarding the phone system (bad in multiple ways)
Documentation covering failures by management (again in more than a couple ways)
Documentation covering the moronic responses by customer service via phone, email, X, Facebook, their chat system...)
Documentation covering the poor automation employed (phone and chat)
Documentation covering all the wrong numbers provided.
Documentation covering their failure to keep appointments.
Documentation covering how the foreign support is a problem.
I guess I will now need to start keeping an offline archive of my posts here so I can restore them every time they delete those inconvenient truths. Comcast, deleting my posts will not hide the truth. The forums here are slathered with posts covering nearly every issue I noted... sure maybe not all collected together at once, but we all know your reputation for "customer service" is well earned and that is a very poor reputation. If Comcast folks don't like being called out for things, then don't do the sort of fouls that lead to folks being so annoyed they will actually complain about them.

Heh! Exposing them via another post led them to restore the original post. How about that!
